Customer satisfaction or CSAT

Customer satisfaction is nothing but a way to determine how glad customers are with your product, services, and customer support. 

Why is knowing how happy the customer is important? 

  • Most of the time customers quit buying from you without even complaining and why would they even complain? It is your responsibility to ask them if they are happy or not. 
  • It is important to focus on customer satisfaction because you get to know about the pain points of customers and resolve them at the earliest. 
  • It helps in improving customer service. When you focus on taking feedback from your customers they feel heard and valued.
  • It helps you in learning about your customers. When you interact with them you get to know your customers better, when you get to know them better you realize what they expect and then fulfill them.
