About BIG FM


BIG FM, one of India's largest radio networks, primarily broadcasts at 92.7 MHz. It is a part of Reliance Broadcast Ltd., a broadcasting company with 58 stations that reach 1.2 lakh villages and 1.9 thousand towns nationwide. It is available to more than 34 crore Indians nationwide.

Problem Statement


Due to the pandemic, Big FM had to implement remote working for their employees, which made managing their calls even more challenging. They needed a solution that could help them manage their calls efficiently while their Radio Jockey worked from home.

The Solution
