Foodpanda, launched in 2012, offers food in 260+ locations across 22 countries and has more than 36,000 eateries worldwide. They offer reputable online food ordering and delivery services. For restaurants, they give them visibility in the online and mobile world, and for consumers, they make the widest gastronomic range accessible and food ordering convenient.

Problem Statement


Foodpanda wanted to scale its business and meet the increasing demand for delivery orders during the monsoon and winter seasons. For this, they had to hire fast to scale their delivery teams.
