In Ankit’s own words, he is a “passionate tech guy.” However, his achievements are a testimony that he is more than just a techie.
Soon after completing his graduation in Computer Science from the prestigious Birla Institute of Technology in 2009, Ankit was fascinated by the fact that 80% of the business transactions happen over calls. What followed was the birth of an idea in his mind to help small businesses with efficient and affordable customer call management. It’s been about 8 years and now MyOperator has grown from a company of two to a team of 180+ people, from zero to 6,000+ satisfied clients, including big brands like LensKart, Snapdeal, Flaberry, MamaEarth, Samsung Hospitality and many more.
Ankit has been leading the planning and execution of multiple Go To Market strategies like creating over 60+ active resellers, 20+ sales alliances but has been mostly known for his key role in developing B2B Inside sales process in India. Ankit is also a mentor to many emerging startups selling B2B SaaS in India.
